Working with our country’s leading advertising and design agencies in various creative roles, followed by a stint in the marketing communications team for Sovereign, Kath, together with her partner founded NZ’s first employee experience agency in 2000. Kath leads Gattacas People & Culture Strategies and transformation consultancy, supported by a core team of specialists.

As Chief Cultural Strategist, it’s Kath’s role to develop the framework to enable successful purpose-driven transformation. Harnessing best-practice design and communication principles, Kath, together with our team, work alongside the client to bring the framework to life. Starting with a People and culture audit to the creation of a custom playbook and compelling narrative to inspire belief and action, it’s then embedded through deliberate and consistent initiatives and communications to achieve success.
